We will kick off with a 6 week challenge that will begin on April 15th and will end the week before memorial day. Then, there will be a monthly option year round.

We are so excited to share that we will have Registered Dietician Misty Hildenbrand joining Alison Gerrish who is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine helping you reach your goals! During this challenge, you will have a weekly 1:1 check in with either Alison or Misty via our nutrition app, making individualized recommendations to you each week. We want to help you make sustainable changes that will last longer than the 6 weeks and help you get the best outcome possible based on your goals and ambitions!
