Naomi Arnold

Naomi attended Prescribed Fitness for over 2 years before joining the coaching team. After taking her CrossFit level 1 certificate course, she enjoys coaching multiple times per week. She is a full time dental assistant here in Watertown. In her spare time you will find her at the gym or with friends. She loves coming to Prescribed because everyone is like family and it's always her favorite hour of the day.
